Our mission at PerformTec is to provide high quality, cost effective technology-based support services for our legal clients that includes web-enabled video deposition, trial presentation media development and in-courtroom support services. We achieve this by assessing our client’s needs on the front end, then engineering a customized, user-friendly solution that allows legal professionals and expert witnesses to focus on their own expertise -- leaving PerformTec to manage the technology.

Web-Enabled Video Depositions * configure Attorney and Expert Witness workstations * train on features and functions of the system * convert expert witness (and other parties if required) documentation and media * upload and organize legal documentation and media and configure deposition platform * set up deposition calendar and administer access to all pertinent parties * coordinate with Certified Court Reporter * convert, process and edit deposition recording as directed * produce deposition recording in DVD format playable for consulting attorneys, judges, juries, and other parties as directed |
